ThE BRAIN-body-Connection

Our brain receives sensory information from our body (SENSORY INPUUT) and our brain then utilizes this information (INTEGRATION) to command our postural muscles (MOTOR OUTPUT).
Therefore, insufficient meaning conflicting sensory information and brain imbalances lead to poor postural alignment, which often leads to pain and injuries. Thus, the quality of movement depends on the quality of information our brain receives.
As posture is controlled by the brain, the brain-body connection needs to be reestablished before conventional treatment/exercises are applied.
