POSITIVE VS. NEGATIVE THINKING

🔘 What impact did your thoughts and your feelings have on the rest of the day?

When you have followed that negative thought process you‘ll be emotionally drained and in a pretty negative and depressed state. It is a low energy state
that prevents your brain from seeing the other options and choices that surround you. It’s your survival instinct.

Studies proved that positive thoughts and emotions broaden your sense of possibility and open your mind up to more options.
Furthermore, one of the biggest benefit that positive thoughts provide is an enhanced ability to build skills and develop resources for use later in life.
So increase positive thoughts by shifting your attention from the negative to positive attributes of any situation or relationship and by doing anything that sparks your feelings of joy, contentment, and love. ✨
